The transition has been completed as of 12/20/11!!!! Congratulations are in order for the present owners of the Shell Island Resort units! They have recently voted the HOA to become the Central Rental Agent and the HOA has decided to bring aboard Crescent Hotels & Resort to manage Shell Island Resort beginning in January 2012.
We fully believe that Crescent Hotels will help the HOA to accomplish its goals of eliminating or reducing assessments, increasing revenues for the owners, reducing HOA dues and increasing unit values. We are excited that the transition was accomplished without any major disruption and we are looking toward the new year!
