Shell Island has seen it all. Hurricanes, northeasters, winter storms and a migrating inlet and it still comes out shinning. We have cleaned up after the storms and moved a mountain, or should I say an inlet. Through all these times the prices have changed dramatically and while all is not great for everyone, people with vision have prospered not to mention that they have a great place to enjoy.
The tide is turning once again. A major facelift is in order and some unfinished business is being paid for. It is time for some to hand over the torch to the next group of savvy individuals who can see the light. Prices are now at an all time low since the "moving of the inlet days."
